Mortified. Badly twisted ankle & fell in Metrocentre, landing on me arthritic knees. Ouch! Worst knee swollen & starting to bruise, ankle puffed up over top of ankle boot (how can u go over on your ankle in boots??) Sold out of me ache & pain gel at the weekend - oh the irony! Thank goodness Audrey-Gail Parkin] was there to give me Bowen & Emmot therapy! Peter Robson - buying my salsa Ball ticket early has nobbled me once again!! Gutted. Could weep. :(
