Moscow, March 19 - AIF Moscow . Ukrainian Cabinet Minister Semerak said the government approved a plan to evacuate Ukrainian citizens from the Crimea to the mainland territory of Ukraine , Interfax reported. What specific action plan envisages is not known. Semerak noted that the evacuation should not adopt a threatening scale . However , according to him, the Ukrainian authorities should prepare for an appropriate response to possible migratory movements .
