Most Vietnamese students apparently lack of essential life skills such as social relationship and major experiences during years of university until they participate in their graduation ceremony so that it named Unemployment Ceremony.They seem to aim at their studying results at university but they do not believe that they need to improve much more via factual and temporary work outside.Cos it will be at outstanding advantages for creating breakthrough for their career oppotunities in the future.Notwithstanding,its just minority of Vietnamese student at present, According to my survey thats not merely including passive students but also there are a lot of dynamic students who are always to change and be optimistic to look for real goal at well-known firms and groups after they graduate from their school.My friend who is a university student in the US,he said me that most american university students treasure and spend on their years of univerisity for combining between Studying and Working are parallel with their schedule at school.Some of them take part in potential internship programs at the big company or even multinational-company to create sustainable foundations for their work after graduation of their school afterwards.Thats why they can immediately find out stable and suitable works after one.
