Most children are taught that Thomas Edison invented the light bulb even though he actually just improved upon the many designs that came before him. Edison was a business man & entrepreneur first and scientist second, meanwhile Nikola Tesla remains noticeably absent from most text books even though he had arguably one of the greatest scientific minds that ever lived...
