Most companies use corporate communication means and media to constitute their reputation but interestingly corporate reputation of an organization is more influenced by operational activites. From the literature, human resources can significantly impact the hard earned reputations. The direct interaction between customer and employee plays major role in making or breaking corporate reputation (affecting customer perception toward the organization). When employees feel safe enough to bring their full potential to their role in the organization, reputational excellence follows, creating meaningful experience both for themselves and customers. If you are part of the mgmt team, what sort of corporate level policies or initiatives of reputation building that you can engage/implement for your employees?
