But deaths sound low because there were evacuations. There are articles that report wind speeds of an instance 230mph. Audio from a World Vision reporter in the article mentions waves as high as 7 meters hitting shores. The regions of Bohol and Cebu are particularly hard-hit. They are still experiencing after-shocks from last months earthquake.
