Most have heard the expression, Right is right and wrong is wrong! The Bible says that a mans ways can be clean in his eyes. In other words, a man can do what is right! Right in the sense that the action is morally, ethically, and upright. Most all would see the action, decision and say it is right. However, God sees things rather differently from us. His ways are not our ways. His evaluation is different from ours as well. It is impossible to see what He sees and know what He knows. But we all can do this one thing that no one else on earth can do for us. Only God and you know this! Listen to this verse: All the ways of a man are clean in his own sight, but the Lord weighs the motives. Proverbs 16:2. Dear friend, God knows why we do what we do (our motives) and even when we do what is right, if our motives are impure, we will not be right in the sight of God.
