Most likely a CNJ or Baldwin company photograph with company officials at a dedication ceremony for the brand new Baldwin passenger diesel. This would have been the first showing of the tangerine and blue colors. (and of course this engine had the red pinstripeing as well). One can only imagine what this looked like in color! The engine was displayed at several CNJ towns but this is likely the first and the location is unknown
