Most of people arrested by the police are just suspects until the contrary is proved. Why hold those people in inhuman conditions? And in fact, I dont even believe those found guilty should be held in conditions which are completely inhabitable by free men and women. For example in Gigiri all suspects are being held in an open walled place. And some of those held there include breast feeding mums. Okay, if am arrested I can survive in such conditions albeit uncomfortably, but a breast feeding mum, with the kid? Very inhuman. You can not want to imagine those holding them there are human beings. Human beings cant be so insensitive to some things as those guys.........
