Most of us love Shock Wave at SFOT, the Anton Schwarzkopf coaster with the wonder mix of positive and negative Gs. The coaster that is often considered his masterpiece is Mindbender in Canada at the West Edmonton Mall (yes, its IN A MALL). Unfortunately, the trains have restraints that fit down over your shoulders - but (watch closely at the beginning) its necessary to prevent riders from sticking their hands and arms out of the car. You will literally hit the supports if you stick your arms out. Watch this vid and see how many close calls you get with those steel poles! Unlike Shock Wave, Mindbender has no fast/slow drama, with anticipation of drops and stuff, it just starts fast and stays fast. It also has some blackout-inducing G-forces in those loops. Youve all seen how Shock Wave travels through the loops and how forceful they are... just look how fast this thing hits those loops. Yeah, it really IS that intense. youtu.be/g3RgAbbuBAs All hail Lord Anton, amen.
