Most of you know I like to cook. After years of perfecting my salsa recipes, I think I finally nailed the RED. I just used about 8 lbs of red cherry tomatoes and 4 Walla Walla onions from my garden. The onions were so juicy that it poured out of the onion when I cut them. Pan seared garlic with red & yellow peppers & seasoned tomato sauce. Those cherry tomatoes really add flavor to the salsa. PLUS... no salt, no fat, no other funky crap.
