Most people are in the swing of Christmas shopping (me included). Ive done 99% of my shopping online this and for the past couple of years. Im a serious price hound (lets face it, with 5 kids I cant afford not to). A few people have asked me about how I do it. One of the easiest ways of savings that Ive found is through online rebates. There are a few to pick from but the place with the highest percents back is Top Cash Back. Last year I saved nearly $100 (y) . Its so simple to do and if youre going to be doing any online shopping, why not get a little more bang for your buck? With this site you can pick how you get your $ back. They can deposit into your paypal account, your bank account or in the form of an Amazon gift card. I do a lot of shopping through amazon, so thats the only one Ive ever used. Plus, if you go the amazon gift card route they will add an addition percent (I believe its 1-2%) to the total amount of cash back. How it works *this may seem like a lot, believe me, its not...it takes maybe 20 seconds to do- just a matter of following the prompts* (after youve set up an account - which is nothing much more than a user name and a password): go to the website of the store youre buying from and fill your cart, open another tab to topcashback and log in, type in the name of the store that youd like to buy from in the search bar (this will show you the amount of percent back that they offer & a button to click that will enable you to get that amount), click the button. Top cash back will open another tab with a tracking number attached to it to for the store youre buying from. Go to your cart and check out. Thats it! It can take a few days for it to show in your account, so dont get nervous if it doesnt immediately show up. I wait until theres a descent amount in my account before I cash out anyway. An example I had a few months back. I found a pair of shoes that I wanted from FinishLine in the mall. The shoes were $99.99 in the store. I left them there, came home, went to their website, found the same pair of shoes for $69.99. Went to Top Cash Back and found that they offered 10% cash back. So, a pair of shoes that would have been $100, ended up costing me $62.99. (But if you want to get really technical, I also got an addition percent back from my credit card ;) ) Through the month of November, Top Cash Back is also offering an additional $10 bonus for new members once youve made a purchase through them (and $10 for me too if you sign up under my link ;) ) This is a no brainer if you ever do ANY online shopping (not just at Christmas time)! Heres my link that will get you started topcashback/ref/Member31163710552
