Most people are ruled by their 5 senses. The flesh is weak, and unless you do what Paul said, it’s easy to make bad choices. You have to “crucify” your flesh so that you won’t “fulfill the lust of the flesh.” In other words, a dead man can’t do anything. If he sees something attractive, but wrong, he just says, “Well, I’m a dead man” and he goes about his business, doing what God told him to do.
