Most people do not survive a narcissistic takedown but I was determined to live. Narcissists count on your never realizing you are a victim of their abuse and with the help of my spirit guides I was led to what the real problem was and how to fix it. If you are chosen as the victim of a Narc your total annihilation is what they are aiming for and will stop at nothing to wipe you off the face of the Earth. Getting over a narc takedown is damn near impossible. As part of being in rehab, I had a psych eval to see how I was progressing. In this video I explain a little about the nightmarish set of circumstances that led me here and how the trauma inflicted upon me connects with the ancient shamanic traditions.
