Most peoples New Years resolutions is to get in shape........and it seems hard and daunting to them.....almost torturous. To me total joy....... Im sitting here remembering how great of shape I was in, and I LOVED every single mile I ran! NO dreading , NO making myself, NO needing prodding and needing someone else to encourage me. Some people are perfectly capable but chose to be lazy, out of shape. Sadly Im sitting here hurting, my back and hernia killing me, and I even still have the motivation to run marathons and lots longer - oh but cant. I have the motivation for 100 people, I do... This is the most depressing thing ever, and I feel out of control. Im waiting on insurance from work, as Obama care is no valid option what so ever.......Im amazed at people that thought this was a good thing, and voted for it. See....the ones who voted for it, already had insurance.......they thought they were helping others. In the morning instead of a 20 mile run or more, Ill just hope and wish I could....I hurt so bad, I cant wait to get fixed. Not soon enough. From my waist down I ache, and Ive lost my mobility and most coordination.......and my sciatica nerve pain is pure torture. Ive fallen embarrassing twice down my upstairs with my bike, and thats hurts.....my doc was most concerned about that, and said thats serious now But......I look forward to running my first 100 mile race in 2015..... Dont get me wrong, one day I will run 100 miles. And will compete in my age group well, or win it!!! Forget what I said, and now I want to express this.....to mostly men. If your married especially, or even if you have a special lady or someone.... Tonight at some point please walk up to her......stop in your tracks and grab her hands.....tell her you love her. Then take your hands looking in her beautiful eyes, brush her hair back and give her a sweet heartfelt kiss. Then looking right in her eyes while brushing her hair back tell her.....tell her why you love her so much.....be honest and dont worry, just express hour heart. If you cant do that, I promise you another man can no will. Man up.....or lose her ! You know, do something special to please her......make coffee in the morning. While shes getting cleaned up, go make the bed. Oh....dont worry about making the perfect bed, she will accept the effort. Pick your stuff up.......do the dishes. Oh....do the dishes with her, while sneaking little kisses. While shes gone shopping with her girlfriends, completely clean the house up.....just do the best you can do, shell appreciate it, and you will be the hero. Yes, pull the couch out and vacuum, pull the cushions out. Dust....Im mean dust all the shelves and every nook. Take a broom and get all those cop webs down.......omg, youll be the hero. Straighten up the whole house, and when she comes home she will be like WOW. Baby, THANK YOU. She will.... If you have too....go buy some candle.....light them.... It will make your marriage better, and love life. Please stand your girl up......look in her sweet eyes, and tell her how much you love her. Then do something for her, selfless and giving. OH not for self gain at all !!! But because you love and adore her that much..... Just look in her eyes........you dont have to say a word really. But if so......kiss her once, and tell her you love her, and say she the most beautiful woman in the world. Do that ! Im so that way.....but the women Ive met, wants the badass man.....beat and abuse her. Seriously.....but I hope to meet a romantic lady...... When will a woman love me, for me....really. If your married dont say my time is coming.....you cant relate. If your a wanting single dude, I love you, and understand.....I get it I have so much love. Am normal and a hopeless romantic.......oh, thats me. My last relationship was with Donna Biddle.....she broke it off with me. Some of her points for breaking up.....one, I was too clean. She was a slop, and I love cleaning up because I loved her so much, after her Ever day I made her bed, as she was taking a shower......I think sweet, yes ? I always made a sweet note like....I love you, thinking about you, cant wait to see you. I would put notes in her car, pillow, mail, porch, and her lunch bag.....just always sweet little love notes. Do single women love Chivalry anymore......really, do they. They talk and say they do, but I find them stubborn and too independent for a man anymore. But I love you...... Happy New Years.......
