Most times when we argue, we learn a lot. Please i need an answer to this question. A Patient was brought to the casualty ward with the complaint of chest paint of sudden onset. On examination, he appeared agitated, has cold & clammy skin and was sweating. His blood Pressure BP was 75 mm Hg ( Systolic) and 123 mm Hg (Diastolic), Body weight 70kg. Bilateral basal crepitations were present. ECG was suggestive of exterior anterior wall myocardial infarction. Chest radiography showed pulmonary congestion. a). How would you start a dopamine drip for this patient? Dopamine vials are available at a concentration of 200mg/5ml. b). What will be the required drop rate? c). How many hours will this infusion lasts?
