Mother Bumbalough here wishing you all a safe day! Please be careful today, the snow here is Fayette County is unrelenting, if anyone knows where the emergency button is to stop the snow, please push it, LOL. I am FINALLY snowed in, which simply means I cant get out to run the 978 errands I need to do, so I can stay here and get some housework done! Enough about me and the snow....... How about a Kayla update???? Kayla was moved to Harmon House in Mount Pleasant on Thursday, room 123, take the elevator to G (ground floor), make a left off the elevator, then a second left and her room is the last one on the LEFT. There are no restrictions on visiting hours, however, the lobby does have certain hours, and I am sorry, but I am not sure what they are, there is a side entrance that can be used to enter or exit if the lobby is not open, it is keypad activated and the code is posted right by the door. If you do take the elevator back to the lobby, push the L button for lobby. There are so many who have been waiting to visit with Kayla, that I would like to ask those visiting to post on her page when they plan to visit, just to try and prevent too many people being there at one time. This way it will make the visit more enjoyable for Kayla and you, it may confuse her if there are too many at one time. Also, I would ask that although visiting hours are not limited, please be courteous to both Kayla and staff and try to limit your visits to between 9 AM and 10 PM. Kayla does share a room, and I want to make sure her roommates rest is not interrupted. Please keep your comments to Kayla on a positive note, no negativity PLEASE. It is certainly fine to talk about the accident, she indicated to me, by tapping her right foot, that she knows she was in an accident, she remembers the minutes before impact and she knew that the car was definitely going to hit into the telephone pole. She needs to know how far she has come, how many of you are praying for her and how this has impacted everyone who knows her story.
