Mother Nature has certainly unleashed her force here on the Gold Coast last 24 hrs,rescue from rushing waters over car roof,lots of cars in deeper water than anyone with a brain would plow thru ....yet they try ANYWAY! WTF are some people THINKING driving thru flooded roads,I ask myself? Being that so much of the Gold Coast is re-claimed Swamp, whenever the is heavy rain locals get to know which roads to avoid...around the Golf Resorts & Clubs is a DEFINATE area to AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! To my friends further North....hope youre all high n dry like we are here on elevated land. Whatever you do folks, remember IF ITS FLOODED,FORGET IT coz theres no place you need to go worth dying for
