Mother enjoyed being at Colliers today, love the attention she got, some of her long time friends and relatives Gerald Kelly, Bo and Letha Booth, Mike and Nancy Graham, Patsy and Ted Hughes, Joyce Tucker Nelms, Carol Morgan, Debbie Smith Johns, Frank and Virginia OKelly, Tony and Deborah Bell, Betsy Woodward, her sweet little Amelia Nelson as she calls her and so many more to name. Good sermon by Dr. Wayne Phillips he recognized her as the oldest living member and since her birthday is August 5th all sang HB to her. The meal was wonderful and afterwards we had more singing with Paula Wagnons family, Betsy, Amelia, and others, Tony with a couple of others played the guitars. Gene and I are enjoyed going back home with her, we were raised in this church, we both are proud to have taken her to be a part of this Homecoming day because we are never promised tomorrow.
