Motivation Monday. Time to get back at it. The holiday is over and we are headed straight for another one. Lets kick it in gear with a video. Of me. Sweating again. Todays video is a quick one--showing one of my favorite (and rather challenging) moves from PiYO. Its called the-cue the sparkle-- Kick Through. It takes some coordination and thinking to get your feet twisted, hand up, hip up, leg in place and then SWITCH sides. So this video shows how to do the move modified, somewhat modified and all out. It does get easier the more you practice. What is that saying...practice makes perfect? I have been doing PiYo almost daily since July and I didnt start out being able to do the advanced version (but you know I tried!) and love that I have reached the goal! So try it, tell me what you think. Does the video help make it more doable?
