Motivation Monday!! Who says you need a ton of equipment to get a good sweat? PiYo has taught me that all you need is your own body weight and maybe a chair! I started week 7 of this amazing workout today and Im loving the increased flexibility and strength. In just 26 minutes today I got a completely exhausting leg and arm workout using just ME, and putting my muscles under tension. Do your heart a favor and get your heart rate up somehow! Start your week off right- You deserve to take care of YOU!
