Motomori mother Alaremu mi, Ade mi o, Nuuurudini, Babarimisa, Alowonle Alaremu, abigbeyin ma ku ma sonu, Aremu ma su ma gbe mi, Alhaji more Blessing, omo Alalamu to nje Salau, Balogun Adakeja, Ogunyoyin nIbadan, Layeye loopo yiosa, Egunjenmi Salaami Agbajelolaaaaa...... ..... ......... This gentle Alhaji is the only living human being who shares SAME father and SAME mother with Dr. Sikiru Ayinde Barrister. Nobody, living or dead shares this attribute/feature/glory with SAB again. From my own little understanding of Yoruba, Babarimisa connote someone whose father died shortly after his birth. If my interpretation is correct, then, Aremu was 10 years younger than Ayinde. Putting myself in Alh Nurudeens position, and recalling the history of SAB, He would have grown up to see SAB not only as a big brother, but as a father. Alh Nurudeen had been with SAB band since 1970 or so,,(when he was around 12 years). He served in various capacity, from Elegbe (chorus) to onilu. I dont know when he left the band actively, but he had spent more than 20 active years with the band. This my short piece is subject to corrections from my able fathers and mothers here,,,,,,........ But........ ....... ......... I dont think we have ever celebrated Alh Nurudeen as we have rightfully done to others. It is an opinion I intend to share with members and no malice or ulterior motive attached.
