Motorist in Kisii town beware, there are smooth thieves who have invaded Kisii town raiding cars from wherever they are parked and stealing valuables in the car at a record time less than 5 minutes. They have sophisticated gadgets which disable car alarm and they access your car with greatest ease. During day time, they prey on those who are from the banks and at night, shoppers to the supermarket, last week they disappeared with my laptop from my car at 9.00pm when I checked into Naivas, Yesterday I parked near Kisii Level 5 Hospital and again my car was interfered with but this time round they were unlucky. The authorities are unable to stem this not even the tough community policing, they appears to be ahead, avoid parking around Kisii level 5 hospital, Naivas supermarket, tuskeys and Kisii stage, the lads are very smart and within 5 minutes or less they are done.
