Mount CC Tour to Saudi Arabia Mount Cricket Club will be touring abroad for the first time and its the first ever cricket team to tour Saudi Arabia to play cricket. Mount CC who will be going on Thursday 20th February and returning back on Sunday 2nd March. The tour will be over 10 days. The team of 13 players will travel from Manchester airport to Jeddah airport. When they arrive at Jeddah they will make way to Madinah first for the first 4 days which will include the visit to the prophets Mosque, places to visit and a game in Madinah against MCH combined. On Monday 24th the team will depart from Madinah to Makkah for the pilgrimage. The team would stay in Makkah for 4 days which will include places to visit and a game against Hala Cricket Academy. On Friday 28th February the team would then depart to Jeddah City for the final leg of the journey with the team playing against MCH Premier. The team would then finally depart Jeddah airport on Sunday 2nd March back home and to Manchester airport. The Mount CC touring team have been sponsored by a company called 2 sisters food group who owns Batleys famous biscuit company Foxs Biscuits. The team have been sponsored and been given the cricket shirts and jackets to all 13 players who will be touring to Saudi Arabia.
