Mountain Seminar Series - On Saturday, July 20, Barb & I will hold the 2nd in our series of seminars for the benefit of mountain residents on "Enhancing the Value of Your Mountain Home". The seminar will be held at the Loma Prieta Community Center at 23800 Summit Road from 10:30 to Noon. It’s designed for current mountain residents or anyone thinking about owning a home in the mountains. In this particular seminar our focus is on Fire Safety and also on the State of our Mountain Schools. We’ll be joined by other mountains experts as follows: 1) Corey Kidwell, Superintendent of Loma Prieta Joint Union School District 2) Liz Bozzo, Superintendent of Lakeside Elementary 3) Chief Alex Leman of Loma Prieta Volunteer Fire & Rescue 4) Walt Brown, leader for Friends of CSA48 …and, as always, Barbara will address mountain real estate trends We think you’ll find this informative…and don’t worry, there’ll be no “selling”.
