Move of the day Since weve been doing SO many of these in class, here is a chaturanga - upward dog - downward dog Piyo sequence. (which can be modified by dropping knees down) Here are some tips for improving your form -Maintain strong plank position, back is not arched, butt is not sticking up when coming into chaturanga -Keep elbows close to your body -Hands are placed midway down torso, hands are spread wide My form is by no means perfect either, as I am not trained at all in Yoga.
