Move on tag hinay-hinay bih. Medjo annoying na paminawn sige ug balik-balik ang news about last nights local pageant diri sa akong gipuy-an. Winning and losing is a natural part of contests. Once you join it, you should be prepared for the outcome. Whether the result is in favor of you or not, you have to be ready to accept whatever it is. Moreover, the so called lutong macau (Im not sure if thats how its spelled) — that idea wherein the coordinators of the contest have already picked up a winner even before the the event has started — is also somehow very rampant in local competitions like the one held last night. However, acceptance is also a must. Although the contingent is aiming to bring home the bacon (of course, every contestant would), it is also necessary to just expect the unexpected to avoid disappointments. So now, can we all move on already? People around here just sound so effin annoying everytime they argue about their favored contestant not winning the pageant. I know I havent seen what happened last night because Im not really that interested since Im not originally from this place, I still feel that its about time we get over it. (Dont get me wrong. Abtik kaayo ko molantaw ug mga in-ani if didto rako sa amoa esp. if naa ko friend or kaila na mu-join or if part kos program preparation — host or coordinator for example and if the event is really that big.) Also, it would be best if we would just respect the jurys decision, I believe so. Everything has been said and done so lets go back to reality now. Just suggesting.
