Move your body for 30 minutes a day has been the most recent catch cry in terms of daily exercise. Until now ... Researchers at the University of Queensland have found that all you really need is 4 minutes of intense training per day. Does this change your attitude to exercise? Would you exercise more regularly if you only needed to spend 4 minutes a day doing it? After 4pm Tim Cox will be talking to Professor Jeff Coombes from the School of Movement Studies at the University of Queensland and a Personal Trainer about what this research means for the average person.
