Movie #963 Guardians of the Galaxy was not on my list to see because I thought it would not interest me, but so many people said I had to see it because it was great ---- and rotten tomatoes gave it in the 90s from the critics, so we went today. Mistake for me. I didnt find it interesting. I found it long, with too many fights, cheesy moments, old jokes, and a convoluted plot that I got lost in about the third place they took us (in the first 10 minutes). Okay, but thats me. Everybody else out there will probably like it. It has humor and non stop action, and 80s music. Who could ask for anything more to entertain, esp. the demographic of 10-20 year old boys. To me, it was a bad version of Star Wars without Yoda and Obi Wan. I gave it 3 because I have seen enough films to say that this is a better than average film in the genre.
