Moving On despite the Red sea challenge! ------------------------ A friend once admonished me when I was in the midst of an extremely difficult time of adversity in my life. All seemed to have gone wrong and I was pretty shaken... You must not withdraw from being proactive in your faith just because of your trial. Gods hand is on your life. There are too many who are depending on you to fulfill the purposes God has in your life. Keep moving! Keep investing yourself in others. I definitely wanted to give up, I was in so much pain but I did hold on anyways. That seems quite a while back. And Ive been through that challenge and many more difficult times too, God always meets us at the point of our greatest need once we obey Him and trust him. Challenges and delays are not denial. Over looking my own problems and helping others heals our own pain. It also creates an avenue to see that we are not alone, others even having more challenges than us. There comes great healing when we look past our own problems and seek to invest our time in others for the love of Christ. Then as we do this, God gives us a miracle! The red seas become parted and we cross to freedom. But, we cant experience the miracle of the red sea in our lives if we dont first keep moving.
