Moving to the Country! The countdown begins - 30 days remain between now and when we move out to the farm full-time. My last day at work is Friday August 1st. Our future farm is currently 20 acres of raw land in Aguanga, California - 15 miles east of Temecula. We purchased this land in April and are ready to get started on turning it into a farm. We will drill a well in early August, build a few small cabins before winter, and get started on the beeyard and orchards before spring. I will be posting about all of this! Our big plan is Goats, Bees, and Fruit Trees. We hope to make goats cheese and great things to go with it. Southern California has few cheesemakers and what better place for a new one than Wine Country! Once again, stay tuned......
