Mq~ Hi mommies! Please post anon. We recently took our 2 month old for her check up and the NP asked if we have been giving her a vitamin D supplement since she is ebf. I have never been asked this before or have heard of this. She also said that if we decide to give her at least 1 formula bottle a day that she would not need the supplement. I eat well and take my prenatal. What is your opinion on this? I thought breast milk is all my baby needed. Thank you!~ Johna
