Mr. Dawkins, Im afraid, was wrong on this one. He said no one could be a true 7 because you have to leave room for a possibility. But I disagree. I would confidently put myself at 7 for any defined concept of deity because any definition collapses on itself into absurdity. An undefined concept is not worthy of consideration. To hold a concept of a supernatural entity with agency of any type is a posited speculation which needs some content of objective evidence to be given serious consideration - and none, not even a teensy weeny shred, exists. So I am a strong 7 all around. But Ill allow anyone to try to demonstrate there is a reason for me to change. And Ill go on record to say that I would happily change my position if there is any reason to (with full confidence that anyone who tried to posit one would fail miserably).
