Mr. Ferenc Hajgató, Senior Expert at the Center for Strategic and Defence Studies, Hungary, thanked for the event and for the invitation. He said that Ukraine has been and is still an important partner for EU and at the same time an important neighbor for Russia. Russia, though, does his best to prevent integration of Ukraine to EU. He also explained what were the biggest effects of Moscows interference to Ukrainian crisis. He touched upon the sanctions as well, and presented statistic on what both parties loose because of this sanctions. So, the reallity is that Ukraine became a reason for new and intense relations between USA and Russia. In the end he pointed out that EU wont open military confrontation for Ukraine against Russia and only in case Russia uses military force against any of the NATO members NATO will go for the use of millitary.
