Mr Gomez Adams and everyone else that is anti Invicta, my family, - TopicsExpress

Mr Gomez Adams and everyone else that is anti Invicta, my family, father and two sons have fought for this country ,one of my sons was blown up in 2010 and is in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, so i know how it is to live with the aftermath of war, thats why we started the charity, we dont force people to work with us,but some of those who have worked with us have ended up in full time employment with other companies, we dont believe in forced work, but also dont believe in people getting something for nothing, my family and your father didnt fight so someone can sit on their backside and get paid for doing so. so even if you dont like workfare i am sure your father wouldnt agree with some of your comments. we will be looking into workfare more,(we do not by the way receive any payment for these work placements), we dont agree with forcing someone to work but if someone wants to get back into work or learn a new skills then workfare can work for you. We are a charity and only have two paid members of staff, our CEO gets paid for 16 hrs minimum wage but works over 50hrs the others hours are voluntary, the other person is an apprentice doing business management, all other people that work for the Invicta Foundation are Volunteers and are in no way forced to work for us. The people that work with us, those that we have helped or those other organisation we have worked with, and who support us will still support us and work with us as they know us personally. Unlike those people that are trying to destroy us and the hard work we have put in over the past 4 years. We have worked hard to help families of our lost and wounded service personnel and will not be put off by these few people. For those that support us we thank you and for those that feel it necessary to post derogatory comments, well what can i say.
