Mr. Hay C. Brown, 80, of Pine Bluff passed away Saturday, February 8, 2014. He was born to the late Jimmy Brown and Mattie (Amps) Turner. Survivors include wife, Mrs. Charlena (Russell) Brown of Pine Bluff. Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Aaron Johnson. Burial will be at Forrest Lawn Memorial Garden by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff. The family will be at 2619 Claud Road, Pine Bluff, Ark.
