Interestingly, as board attorney Edelstein stated regarding DeMartinos case, the whistleblower claim survived. Which aspect of her claim survived? As pointed out in the article, the actual whistleblower complaint was alleging activity that was contrary to the health and safety of the students. So if thats true, what happens now to those who engaged in this activity? I think parents deserve a pretty clear answer on that one.
