Mr.Musharaf got Bail in all four cases 1. Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Murder case, a case initiated on political grounds, with facts revealing that She and her advisers didnt follow the security protocol , her opening sun roof and appearing in mass where she was informed about threats of attack was mistake which should be asked from Rehman Malik her adviser not President Musharraf. 2. Nawab Bugti Murder case again a politcal case , Nawab sahib was killed fighting Pakistan army, he had taken arms against the state , which is legally a criminal act and the security forces have to act, the then Presdient cannot be blammed for it, rather the state as a whole was a party in this case. 3. Judges detention case, again the then political government and interior ministry issued those orders not President Musharaf so why is he being blammed .4 the Lal Masjid Case, We all saw that the media started discussing the issue saying the security agencies have failed to establish state writ in capital where near the diplomatic enclave group of millitants have gathered in mosque and are patrolling streets nearby. the burning of library and issuing orders in Abparak Market was also an act of mutiny and challenging state writ, but when the security agencies intervened our media took u turn and started blamming President sahib. the judiciary after seeing all these facts orderred his release. The trial is yet to start but with all these facts it is clear that he will emerge victorious in all cases.........the 5th debate is on using article 6 of the constitution and declaring him traitor but again it seems impossible because the second section of article 6 asks for punishing collaborators and aiders of the muter , in this case, those who worked in civil service, parliament and judiciary under President Musharaf also come under the sword of article 6. Will the judiciary which took two times oath under PCO of president Musharaf create problems for it self ? as majority Judges had taken oath under the PCO... Lastly those parties will also be punished who passed the 17th amendment in consitution legalizing all acts of President Musharaf. those parties include MMA, PML,PPP, PTI and MQM? These parties will never create problem for them selves and ask for applying article 6 on PM... As i discussed he will emerge victoriuois inshAllah. Jiye Musharaf Sada Jiye .......
