Turkish, Premier League side Galatasaray Sports Club announced at the regular Council meeting in November, that the clubs net debt at 30 September 2014 reported that it has reaches 811.5 million TL. Rangers FC has been relegated to a lower league by UEFA for their debt in 2012-2013 season. In order for clubs to gain confidence in UEFA and its rules and regulations, the above named club Galatasaray AS should be applied with the same punishment. We hereby request you to do the necessary.
