Job Description: ■You will be responsible for all incoming calls. ■Able to adapt to and accommodate customers’ needs. ■You will be responsible for logging calls/ customer contacts onto the company’s computer database. ■To carry out consistently high customer service. ■The ability to communicate effectively at all time and the right attitude to stay calm and focused under pressure. ■To liaise with internal and external customers at all levels. ■Be a good listener, and possess a good, problem solving nature in order to be able to resolve any customer query ■You must be a team player with a good, focused attitude.
