Mr. Robles: With the arguments you presented in your brilliant article citing a 2012 Supreme Court ruling, in the case of Deutsche Bank AG versus Court of Appeals and Steel Corp. of the Philippines (GR 193065) as detailed above, it will not be off to say the Abnoy is CHECKMATED! Your mention that the same justices decided the Deutsche Bank case above cited, puts the justices in an uncomfortable position they cannot backtrack from. It is expected that for consistency they should rule against the DAP. They have no choice. A finding of mootness is no justification for not ruling on the legality or constitutionality of the offense/ issue to prevent its repetition, yet evading review. This is what was decided in GR193065. The people of this country owe you a great deal for your resourcefulness and bravado to fight off the sinister machinations of this government. Suddenly, there is a ray of hope that descended upon us in your presentation of a sharp retort to the distorted genius: of Jardeleza. It is common knowledge in the legal circles how Jardeleza is insulted by the justices of the Supreme Court when he goes there for oral arguments because he doesnt even know the contents, as the annexes, of his own briefings. The incompetence of the SG and the Abnoy in defending their position has been our blessing.
