I am into transport business and reside in Lagos State. Sir a copy of the petition I made to the Office of the Public Defender (OPD), under the Lagos State Ministry of Justice, against Mr. Ose Arebamen, the son of the retired Commissioner of Police and Presently the Chairman of Lastma Lagos State – CP Arebamen, is attached to this letter. Mr. Ose Arebamen is untouchable by the Laws governing our great Nation because of his father’s influence and I was advised by a police officer to take it to the Human Rights. Mr. Ose Arebamen is in partnership with one Mr. Clement who parades himself as a police officer and a Lawyer, they are still in custody of the container (ZCSCU 8766271), and flat body and are demanding a ransom from me since November 2012. Even at the Office of the Public Defender (OPD), the Arebamens’ influence the case and it was closed without my notice. My fundamental Human Rights as a citizen of this great Nation has been trampled upon, because I am not rich or influential, so I do not deserve justice. Mr. Ose Arebamen on different occasions told me that I can’t do anything to him that he owns Lagos and again he said at the Office of the Public Defender (OPD), that I am wasting my time, that nobody can touch him and he laughed and walked away. Retired Commissioner of Police – Young .E. Arebamen – Chairman of Lastma who is aware of this ugly situation, is in support of his son’s action and they also wants me to pay the ransom. Mr. Ose to my knowledge has also refused to pay, countless of people at a park at Navy camp site at Kirikiri where he used for the truck leased to him. And having issues with the trucks that were leased to him. I have phone contact of all the people. Please Sir, I want you to use your good office and sanitize the nation of such person, groups of persons and institutions that are giving the force and the judiciary a bad name, through their corrupt practices and think they are above the Law. May God keep good people like you that will always uphold the integrity of our great nation Nigeria.
