Mr has been moved from the Open Heart Critical Care ward to the Cardiac Critical Care unit... He sat up tonight..and took a very little stroll with the nurses -- I am so proud of him!!! He is having some pain, but you would too if they cracked open your chest! ;) --- I called , he was tucked in for the night and having a much deserved rest. He will be there for a day or so, then will be moved to the cardiac floor........ This week seems like a month..but hour by hour and prayer by prayer we take each step forward.. Now what to name is cough buddy.. the giant Teddy bear they give to patients to grab and hold on their incision to cough and sneeze ..move and breathe as the chest heals... he is down to two choices, Catherine Zeta Jones , from Entrapment... OR , as I suspect -- Miss Megyn Kelly! .. Our humor never stops..I made him laugh so he had no choice but to grab that Miss Megyn!! Another night.......... toward home. KEEP JESUS ON THE LINE FOR HIM! And keep all those who are recovering and struggling with cardiac issues and illness in your prayers.. Jesus is , I have never been more sure than now.. right by their side.... BE KIND TO YOUR HEARTS!!! Love you all... Rachel
