Mr x lost afather through hit and run fatal accident ,the body was picked and taken to mulago hospital city mortuary ,When mr x received information about that incident he rushed to the mortuary to pick the body but he was shocked when the mortuary attendants demanded three hundred thousand shs (3oo.ooo/=) so as be given the deceased. to your surprise mr X is financially crippled man apeasant and so on. now question(s) arises :- Are they supposed to charge relatives of the deceased money ? And if its so Where does that money Go? Why squeeze people to that extent, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE? From aggrieved party!!!!
