Cite des Arts in downtown Lafayette presents Caroline McGee’s Master Acting Workshop for actors of all ages and experience. This session will focus on legendary master acting techniques developed by Lee Strasberg and Michael Chekhov. Scripts include Anton Chekhov, Tennessee Williams, Sam Shepard, Quentin Tarantino and more. Ms. McGee served as Director at The Lee Strasberg Institute/NYU Tisch Drama Studio, The Catholic University MFA Acting, and The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Art Film & TV. This summer and fall she is directing films for graduates at the New York Film Academy. She recently mentored a number of students for successful acceptance to top-flight acting programs, including NYU Tisch Drama, California Institute of the Arts, Columbia and Brown Universities, Second City/Chicago and more.
