Dear Friends, I dont think as activist or individuals who are fighting on public interest issues at a large should take up issues like politicians & use religion as a card . Bandra Fair has devotees from all religions . If you talk from the angle of religion then its maximum all minorities specially muslims who are not only used by politicians but bureaucrats too... Politicians use with inconsiderate reservations which is only on pen and paper ,for instance the Maulana Azad Minority Fund Scam ...All political karyakartas have benifitted .. The bureaucrats for instance if you have noticed Bandra MM Court Maximum nos of cases are filed against MUSLIMS angaging them id courts depriving them from basic livelyhood OR if people do not come in terms of police they are being compelled to become police informers ..Life then becomes worse than the police dogs ... Injustice was done 2-3 months back for Muslims to when in a CRZ Zone area a heritage mosque was demolished & local Muslims were silenced as much in advance from 2-3 years the Bandra police station was harassing the opposers & whistle blowers in false cases .... Samad Shaikh ,inspite being a musli, was a mess . PI D.S Patil was a henchman to politicians ....All this was for a 21 floor structure with a swimming pool coming up in Bandra Reclamation Jamatey Jamoriya . What we need to do is ask for a standard practice ..What is Sharukh Khan ? Is he a millenium star ? Outside & around Amitabh Bachchans house locals & fans are not treated so badly as out here ... Well, Sharukh has support of the Gandhi family & not local MLA or any ...Its better he settles in New Delhi from where he belongs than think of invading Bandra & trying to succumb Bandraites ... Of what I am told , He is supposed to be a very co-operative,friendly kind of personality .A citizen friendly ..Why ,till date he has chosen to keep quiet ..Does he not read news papers or hear the protest outside his house ???. The way previlidges are given to a few as though they have done a favour on us by coming & residing in our areas ...If this practice continues next will be for Sachin Tendulkar on Perry Cross Road , Salman Khan etc,etc ..Already Ranes are a trouble with a caravan of police engaged for their security ..NOW Sharukh .... ???? All types of Vigil the activist in Bandra want .Why dont they all come on one platform & ask Police to streamline these issues .... ? Why are even local catholics etc quiet over this ???? What is Sharukh feeling so unsafe & insecure about ???? God !!!! to make area like a fort .... Its a public place that too a tourist spot ?
