Today, I mixed 20 secs of Battle Ropes into a circuit with Dumbell Lateral Raises and bent over rear cable flyes to target my shoulders from all angles. 2. Add 3 x 45 sec Battle Rope sets to the end of a shoulder workout to really finish it off. 3.
