Ms. Cierra Hopkins was located safe and unharmed near an apartment complex in the 3700 block of East 5th Street. She became disoriented after leaving the school this afternoon and eventually asked a citizen to use their cell phone to contact her family. With assistance from the citizen, the family and police were directed to Ms. Hopkins and she was reunited with her parents at about 9:00 p.m. this evening.
