The Role Reporting to the Centre Manager, the part-time Customer Service Officer position serves as an important point of contact for customers when they require information or assistance while visiting the shopping centre, and provide in-centre communication, coordination and information services. The rostered hours would be up to 22 hours per week to be worked on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday each week, from 8.45am to 5.00pm. As this is a shared role, additional hours may be required to be worked to cover leave periods and busy trading times, such as over the Christmas period. Selection Criteria The ideal applicant will have: •Demonstrated customer service skills with previous experience in a customer service/reception role; •Cash handling experience; •Strong multitasking and prioritising ability; •Outstanding communication skills; •The ability to work independently with minimal supervision; and •Basic computer skills with Microsoft programs and email.
