Mt Rushmore FB challenge for my film friends...who would be your 4 (with 5 honorable mentions if you choose) for Directors, Actors & Actresses. Criteria varies but it would generally be people whove had a historical/generational effect on Cinema. Its REALLY tough to narrow down to 4 but mine would be. Directors - David Lean, Alfred Hitchcock, Akira Kurosawa, Steven Spielberg Hon. mentions- Kubrick, Altman, Allen, Scorsese, Ford Actors - Marlon Brando, Cary Grant, Jack Nicholson, Robert DeNiro HM: Poitier, Newman, Redford, Stewart , Pacino Actresses - Meryl Streep, Katherine Hepburn, Bette Davis, Ingrid Bergman HM: A.Hepburn, Foster, Taylor, Mirren, Leigh. Im sure theyll be varied opinions and for sure theyre a lot of worthy people left off, but as I said its tough to narrow down..what are your picks? Post on my thread..
